A valid new password cannot be any of your last three old passwords, must consist of at least 8 characters and must comply with 3 of the following 4 complexity rules:
Rule 1. Passwords must contain English uppercase character(s) (A to Z)
Rule 2. Passwords must contain English lowercase character(s) (a to z)
Rule 3. Passwords must contains Numeral(s) (0 to 9)
Rule 4. Passwords must contain non alphabetic character(s) (i.e. # $ % !)
